What is Sunny Side Studio, and what do you sell?
Sunny Side Studio is an online shop specializing in aesthetic, inspirational, and educational digital printables for babies and kids. Our designs help create bright, uplifting spaces that spark creativity and confidence in little ones.

How do digital downloads work?
When you purchase a digital printable, you’ll receive high-quality downloadable files that you can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. No physical product will be shipped.

Are these physical prints or digital files?
We currently sell digital files only. This means you will receive a download link after purchase, allowing you to print the artwork however you prefer.

Can I print the artwork at home, or do I need a professional print shop?
You can do either! Our files are designed for easy home printing and high-quality professional printing. For best results, we recommend using a professional print service.

Ordering & Downloading

How do I purchase a digital print?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen designs to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to your files.

What file formats do you provide?
Our prints are available in high-resolution JPEG to ensure crisp, high-quality prints. Each listing will specify the available formats.

How do I download my files after purchasing?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your purchased files anytime through your account (if you create one).

Do you offer different sizes for each design?
For our rectangular prints we offer multiple aspect ratios to fit standard frame sizes, a total of 9 sizes. For our square prints we offer a the high resolution size of 20x20 inches which can easily be scaled to smaller sizes. A size guide is provided with your purchase.

Can I request a custom size for my print?
Yes! If you need a specific size that isn’t included in the download, send us a message, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Printing & Quality

What type of paper should I use for the best print quality?
For the best results, we recommend using high-quality matte or satin photo paper, cardstock, or fine art paper with a weight of at least 200gsm.

Can I print these at a local print shop?
Absolutely! You can take your files to any local or online print service, such as Staples, FedEx, or an independent print shop, for professional-quality results.

Will the colors look the same as on my screen?
Screen colors may vary slightly from printed colors due to differences in monitor settings and printer calibration. For the most accurate results, we recommend using a professional printer.

Do you offer recommendations for printing services?
Yes! Some great online printing services include Shutterfly, Printful, Vistaprint, Canva and local print shops. If you need guidance, feel free to reach out!

Customization & Personalization

Can I request a custom design or personalized name print?
At the moment we do not offer custom designs but this is something we hope to offer in the near future. If you would like to be notified about new products like custom designs then please join our email list.

Can I edit the files myself after purchasing?
At present our files are not editable. However, we do plan to include designs where you can input your personal information (such as names and dates) soon. Keep posted by joining our email list.

Do you offer color changes or modifications to existing designs?
We may be able to accommodate minor color adjustments. Send us a message before purchasing to discuss your request.

Refunds & Issues

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Since our products are digital downloads, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. However, if you have any issues, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to help!

What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?
If you’re having trouble, try the following:

*Check your email for the download link.

*Try downloading on a different device or browser.

*Ensure your internet connection is stable.

If you're still having issues, contact us, and we’ll make sure you get your files.

What if I accidentally delete my purchased files? Can I download them again?
Yes! If you created an account, you can access your downloads anytime. If you didn’t create an account and lost your files, reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll resend them.

Licensing & Usage

Can I use these prints for commercial purposes or resale?
Unfortunately, no. Our digital prints are for personal use only. You cannot resell, share, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

Can I share my purchased files with friends or family?
Purchases are for one household only. If someone else loves the design, please encourage them to support our shop by purchasing their own copy.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale licensing for businesses?
We currently don’t offer wholesale licensing, but if you're interested in bulk purchases for schools, daycare centers, or businesses, feel free to contact us.
